We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Sign Maker to join our team at MAX SPIELMANN. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a creative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a small team, ensuring smooth production processes and producing high-quality signage.
  • Production Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end sign making process, from design to delivery, ensuring precision and excellence.
  • Equipment Management: Operate and oversee advanced sign-making equipment, including CNC routers, laser engravers, large format roll and flatbed printers, and vinyl plotters.
  • Quality Control: Ensure every sign produced meets MAX SPIELMANN's high standards.
  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realized.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the sign industry, including supervisory experience.
  • Software: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, V-Carve, and Photoshop.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with laser engraving and operating CNC routers, large format printing equipment, and vinyl plotters.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and manage production workflows and being able to keep in service times.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong quality control skills with the ability to catch and rectify errors early in the process.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
