Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our CNC & Vinyl Studio team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sign making, leadership, and production management.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise and train a small team, ensuring smooth production processes and producing quality signage.

Production Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end sign making process, from design to delivery, ensuring precision and excellence.

Equipment Management: Operate and oversee advanced sign-making equipment, including CNC Router, Laser Engravers, Large Format Roll and Flatbed Printers, and Vinyl Plotters.

Quality Control: Ensure every sign produced meets MAX SPIELMANN high standards.

Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realised.

Required Skills and Expertise:

At least 2 years of experience in the sign industry, including supervisory experience. Proficient in design and production software, including Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, V-Carve, and Photoshop. Hands-on experience with laser engraving and operating CNC router, large format printing equipment, and vinyl plotters.
