We are seeking an experienced Sign Maker to join our team. As a Sign Maker, you will be responsible for designing and preparing files for laser and CNC engraving, operating laser engravers and CNC machines, and ensuring quality control.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and prepare files for laser and CNC engraving using software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or SignLab.
  • Operate laser engravers and CNC machines to cut and engrave materials, such as acrylic, wood, metal, and plastics.
  • Inspect each piece for accuracy and ensure the engraving or cutting meets design specifications and maintains quality standards.
  • Maintain the engraving equipment and perform basic troubleshooting to keep machines running efficiently.
  • Follow safety protocols and proper handling techniques for both the equipment and materials.

**Required Skills and Expertise:**

At least 2 years of experience in the sign industry, including supervisory experience. Proficient in design and production software, including Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop. Hands-on experience with laser engraving and operating CNC engraver, and sandblaster.
