We are seeking a skilled Building Services Technician to join our team in Stirling, Scotland.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified building services technician to join a reputable company and work on a variety of commercial and retail properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance works on plumbing, joinery, and other building issues
  • Taking health and safety into consideration at all times
  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

About the Role:

You will be working as part of a team to carry out maintenance works on commercial and retail properties. You will need to have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building services or a related field
  • A qualification in joinery or plumbing
  • Full UK driving license

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is between £33,000 - £35,000 per year, plus a company vehicle and fuel card. This is a Monday to Friday work schedule with overtime available.
