Job Description
VINCI Facilities is seeking a skilled Experienced Building Services Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining various client sites across Stirling and the surrounding area, ensuring that all building fabric and plumbing maintenance works are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Carrying out regular building fabric and plumbing maintenance checks.
  • Completing reactive breakdown repairs and PPM servicing.
  • Providing support with basic electrical services, such as emergency lighting and lamp/ballast changes.
  • Assisting with HVAC services, including AC filter changes.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A proven maintenance experience in commercial environments.
  • Multiskilled across building services.
  • A UK Driver's License (no more than 6 points).
