HR Operations Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to take on a key leadership role within our HR Operations team. As HR Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of HR operations, from onboarding and HR policy management to benefits administration, payroll, and contract changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small, dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service to our workforce
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of HR operations, including onboarding, HR policy management, benefits administration, payroll, and contract changes
  • Streamline, simplify, and enhance administrative processes, leveraging expertise in Excel and HRIS
  • Design and implement key components of our HR systems, ensuring compliance and performance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on process improvement and system implementation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a small team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Salary circa £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience
