About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Cenergist, a leading provider of energy and water efficiency solutions. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs and ensuring financial control across multiple energy and water efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage costs and ensure financial control across multiple projects
- Provide cost planning, budgeting, and contractual advice throughout all project stages
- Work closely with project teams to manage procurement, cost reporting, and contractor negotiations
- Monitor budget adherence and implement cost-saving measures

Requirements

- Experience in estimating, surveying, or tendering within construction or building services
- Knowledge of financial processes and developing cost value reconciliation processes
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings/plans and develop cost estimates
- Strong communication skills
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
