Trust and Foundations Manager

The Trusts and Foundations Manager will play a critical role in driving a significant increase in Macmillan's income, focusing on identifying and securing high-value income from trusts and foundations. This will involve personally soliciting, securing, and stewarding high-value gifts aligned with Macmillan's strategic priorities, as well as facilitating supporters to become advocates and champions for the organization.
About YouWe're looking for an exceptional individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to navigate complex information and develop compelling proposals that articulate a clear vision and narrative to inspire donors. You will have a proven track record of building trusted, authentic relationships with senior stakeholders, Trustees, and senior volunteers, as well as experience in identifying, cultivating, securing, and stewarding high-level philanthropic gifts.
You will also have experience in line-management and be a diligent and accurate record keeper, ideally with experience of using Raiser's Edge CRM. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for philanthropy and a commitment to excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
