About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our team at Dogs Trust, a leading dog charity in the UK. As a key member of our Philanthropy team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future and driving significant growth in our income streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a robust pipeline of trusts and foundations, securing new income streams and multi-year grants to support our life-saving work.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within trusts and foundations, leveraging our latest materials and compelling cases for support.
  • Design and execute a cutting-edge communication strategy tailored for trust and foundation donors, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day management of the Trusts and Foundations team, mentoring and guiding your team to reach new heights in performance.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to integrate trust and foundation fundraising into wider organisational goals, maximising fundraising opportunities.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of securing six-figure grants from trusts and foundations. You will have excellent communication skills, strong management skills, and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
