Event Coordinator Role
As an Event Coordinator at MOI Global, you will play a vital role in assisting the Event Practice with the organization, management, and execution of diverse events. Collaborating closely with the campaign lead, you will ensure that events are executed flawlessly, providing clients and participants with unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development
- Support in gathering essential information for proposals and presentations.
- Efficiently organize proposal materials and supplementary documents.
- Event Planning and Coordination
- Administrative Support
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to event planning.
- Help schedule meetings and manage communications.
- Logistics Coordination
- Facilitate the coordination of event logistics, including venue arrangements and equipment setup.
- Communicate logistical details to all relevant stakeholders.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the Event Marketing sector is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a detail-oriented and creative approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
