Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance? We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 and excellent benefits. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in quality management system auditing, with a focus on supplier approval and new product introduction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting supplier audits worldwide to ensure compliance with group business requirements
  • Overseeing the supplier approval process, assessing manufacturing capabilities and health, safety, and environmental risks
  • Managing the NPI process from RFQ and supplier selection to gaining customer approval
  • Ensuring suppliers meet required quality standards during new product launches
  • Supporting purchasing and supply chain teams with supplier performance and improvement/corrective action plans

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in quality management system auditing (minimum ISO 9001; IATF 16949/AS 9100 is desirable)
  • Experience with PPAP and APQP
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel and data management skills
