Payroll Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Team Leader to join our team at CE Back Office. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll services for allocated outsourced clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small number of payroll administrators to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services.
- Manage daily workload and plans to meet client expectations.
- Be the first point of call for escalations on complex payroll topics.
- Report performance to the service delivery manager.
- Maintain client relationships for payroll services.
- Strong mathematics skills and ability to carry out manual payroll calculations.
- Ability to run manual payroll calculations to include tax, NIC, student loans, and pension deductions.
- Ability to process payroll from end to end including year-end procedures.
- Ability to use Excel including use of formulas, v look-ups, and pivot tables.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ideal candidate will hold a relevant payroll qualification.
