Assembly Line Technician

As a skilled Assembly Line Technician at Castle View Group Careers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality cylinder blocks.
Key Responsibilities:- Enhance Production Quality: Utilize various CNC machines to produce accurate and precise cylinder blocks, adhering to strict specifications.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Vigilantly follow Health & Safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment, to maintain a safe working environment.
- Foster Team Collaboration: Effectively work within a team, communicate openly, and support peers to achieve common production goals and improve processes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in identifying and implementing improvements in quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development.
- Maintain Equipment and Work Area: Maintain a clean and organized work area, perform routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks, and carry out planned operator care and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Achieve Production Goals: Operate manual and automated equipment efficiently to meet production targets and maintain required cycle times, demonstrating high competency in core workflows.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
