About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Medway Community Healthcare. As a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating children with speech, language, and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and assessing children with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
- Delivering therapy for a range of children with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
- Designing, monitoring, and evaluating targets and plans for children.
- Delivering parent education through workshops.
- Providing specialist advice and support to parents, teachers, and other professionals.
