Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Medway Community Healthcare. As a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to children and young people with speech, language, and communication needs.
Main Responsibilities- Diagnose and assess children with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions to children with a range of speech, language, and communication needs, including those with complex needs.
- Design, monitor, and evaluate targets and plans for children, ensuring effective progress and outcomes.
- Provide parent education through workshops and support, empowering families to support their child's communication development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive support for children.

- License to Practice and registration with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working with children with speech, language, and communication needs, preferably in a paediatric setting.
