Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Medway Community Healthcare. As a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to children and young people with speech, language, and communication needs.
Main Responsibilities- Diagnose and assess children with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions to children with SLCN, using evidence-based approaches and techniques.
- Design, monitor, and evaluate targets and plans for children, ensuring progress and achievement of goals.
- Provide parent education and support through workshops and individual sessions.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, parents, and carers, to ensure comprehensive support for children.
