999 Emergency Call Handler

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a 999 Emergency Call Handler. This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, handling emergency calls and providing critical support to those in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize clinical triage software to prioritize calls efficiently.
  • Enter information into the Computer Aided Dispatch system accurately and promptly.
Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a good standard of education (4 GCSEs at Grade C or above), and good computer literacy. No clinical experience is required, but some call-centre experience would be advantageous.
