About the Role

As an Amazon Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient fulfillment and dispatch of orders, driving operational excellence, and creating a seamless customer experience.

A Day in the Life

You will lead shifts at one of our operational sites, engaging in meetings with various business areas, analyzing performance and risk metrics, and mentoring your team.

About the Team

As part of the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team, you will join a diverse group that plays a vital role in our success. You will work with air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, to drive maximum efficiency in Amazon's transport operations.

Requirements
  • A degree
  • Relevant experience in people and stakeholder management
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and intermediate proficiency in the local language
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
  • Relevant experience in key areas of production and supply chains
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
  • Experience in a similar logistical working environment
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
