Front of House Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client suite, providing exceptional service to our clients, and supporting the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all client and internal meeting room bookings, ensuring seamless execution and timely setup.
- Liaise with Partnership Assistants and meeting hosts to ensure accurate visitor information and expectations.
- Provide advanced notification of expected visitors to building staff via Proxy Click and Curiosity platforms.
- Advise the Helpdesk – Digital Services on PC, VC, and presentation equipment requirements.
- Meet and greet visitors, providing exceptional service and care throughout their visit.
- Supervise the FOH Operative, ensuring timely set-ups and clear-downs, and instructing on room configurations.
- Maintain meeting room supplies and equipment, including pads, pencils, coasters, and audio-visual equipment.
- Book taxis for clients as needed and arrange for sandwich lunches and breakfasts from local suppliers.
- Provide cover for the Hospitality Co-ordinator, booking outside caterers and liaising with catering and waiting staff.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Proven client-facing experience, preferably in a professional or financial institution.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages.
- Friendly and sociable personality, with a high standard of professionalism.
- Professional study support (where applicable).
- Access to our internal Wellbeing, LGBTQ+, Multicultural, and Women's networks.
Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
