Trainee Lettings Consultant Role

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Lettings Consultant. As a Trainee Lettings Consultant, you will play a vital role in the success of our business, working closely with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, booking and carrying out property viewings, negotiating and agreeing tenancies, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving personal and branch sales targets, representing the company in a professional manner, and building strong relationships internally and externally.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. You will also need to be proactive, resilient, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including access to an Employee Assistance programme, retail discounts, regular awards & incentives for Top achievers, generous holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service, plus bank holidays, and excellent parental leave & company fertility policy in place.
