Compensation Package: Experienced Recruitment Professionals: £26,000 - £28,500 per annum, with first-year earnings potentially reaching £28,000 - £31,500 (including commission). Entry-Level Candidates can expect a starting salary of £24,250, increasing to £26,000 after a year and £28,500 after two years (subject to satisfactory reviews), with first-year on-target earnings up to £27,000 with commission.

Key Responsibilities: client interaction, temporary worker selection, delivering high-quality service, and meeting sales targets in a supportive team environment, operating Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.
