Property Administrator Opportunity

A well-established Property Firm is seeking a skilled Property Administrator to manage a Residential and Commercial portfolio of properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including creation of Tenant Information Packs, liaising with Contractors, and supervisory roles in conjunction with the principal managing agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain up-to-date certification and control over a varied portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties.
  2. Ensure properties are up to date with EPC's, Gas Safety, FRA's, PAT Testing.
  3. Liaise with Contractors to carry out repairs and maintenance.
  4. Supervise and coordinate the work of the property management team.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
Requirements:
  1. Sound knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and ability to use MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  2. Highly organized and able to work with limited supervision.
  3. Ability to use own initiative and prioritize tasks.
  4. Good communication and organizational skills.
  5. Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly.
Working Hours:

2 to 3 days a week, 9:30am to 2:30pm.

Salary:

£16 to £18 per hour.
