Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Supervisor to join our team at polkadotfrog. This role will involve leading a team of purchasing professionals and working closely with the purchasing manager to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days of office work and 2 days of remote work. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and refining purchasing processes
  • Enhancing team skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with other supervisors to ensure a seamless approach
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • Demand planning with the sales team and suppliers
  • Conducting pricing reviews and analysis

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent team management and coaching skills
  • A solid purchasing background and CIPS Level 4 certification
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

This is a rewarding opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of polkadotfrog. The salary for this role is up to £38,000 basic salary plus bonus to £43,000, with an extensive benefits package.
