Our Kitchen Team

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role
