About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to work across various Community Health Centres within Wolverhampton to provide Reception and Administrative support within the Community Ambulatory Care Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and confidential administrative support to the Community Health Centre team.
  • Deal with patient enquiries, both in person and on the telephone, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle paper and computerized patient records, data inputting and filing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work in close partnership with the clinical teams working in and operating from Health Centre's to ensure the smooth running of clinics and services.
Requirements
  • 5 A-C GCSEs or equivalent and/or NVQ level 2.
  • Knowledge and experience of the local community.
  • Experience of working as part of a team.
  • Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
