Construction Fund Manager

We are working with a leading consultancy to bring in an experienced professional to specialise in fund monitoring and financial control for industrial projects.
The role is based in Rugby and involves working closely with directors to provide pre and post-contract services, as well as assisting with fund management to ensure adherence to budgets and providing accurate financial reports.
The consultancy has a high demand for work with investors and developers on large-scale industrial schemes across the Midlands, which you will lead on.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Analysis and Monitoring: Conduct thorough financial analysis and monitoring of construction projects to ensure adherence to budgets, cash flow projections, and fund management requirements.
- Collaboration and Contract Review: Collaborate with project teams to review contracts, progress reports, and cost data, identifying any discrepancies or potential risks.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial reports, including cost estimates, variance analysis, and cash flow projections, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Expenditure Control: Monitor and control project expenditure, tracking costs against budget and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Change Order Evaluation: Evaluate change orders and claims, analyzing their financial impact on the project and providing recommendations.
- Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress, validate costs, and ensure compliance with contract specifications.
- Clients and Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve financial issues and provide expert advice on cost control and fund management.
