We are seeking an Early Years Educator to join our team at Envision Education, a highly successful and nurturing all-through school in the London Borough of Hounslow.

Job Summary:

This role focuses on supporting the Nursery Class within the Primary School, providing an excellent opportunity to help shape young children's early learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children in mastering foundational skills such as recognizing the alphabet, naming everyday objects, and developing early cognitive abilities.
  • Evaluate and maintain a safe and child-friendly classroom environment, promoting optimal learning conditions.
  • Regularly communicate with parents about their child's progress, offering positive feedback and strategies to address early development challenges.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full-time commitment, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • A valid Child-Only DBS or willingness to apply for one.
  • Prior experience working with children in the UK, preferably in a school or nursery setting.
  • Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and a background in early years education is preferred.
  • The ability to commute to Feltham or live locally.
