Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Loungers in Louth. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional service standards that have made us a favorite among locals and visitors alike.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams in a fast-paced bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation.
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality is essential.
  • You will be driven and relentless in overcoming challenges or obstacles, with excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.
  • Good communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues and customers are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the management team to maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Leading from the front, setting the pace high for the team to deliver great shifts.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on sales, labor, and other key performance indicators.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, labor, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Existing Supervisor, Team Leader, or an epic front of house team member ready to take their first step into management with a background in restaurants, bars, caf, or coffee shops.
  • Experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation.
  • Natural talent and passion for hospitality.
  • Driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles.
  • Good literacy skills alongside excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
