As a Night Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality person-centred support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and privacy are respected at all times. You will work closely with our residents and their families to deliver care that is tailored to their individual needs.

Madeira House is run by Advinia Care Homes Limited, a company committed to providing excellent care and services to our residents. Our care home is situated just a ten-minute walk from the town centre and has easy access to public transport. We offer a supportive and compassionate environment where our residents can live meaningful lives.

Responsibilities

  • Respecting residents' dignity and privacy
  • Providing high-quality person-centred support to residents
  • Working with residents and their families to deliver care that meets their individual needs
  • Supporting with personal care tasks such as feeding, toileting, and bathing
  • Maintaining accurate records of residents' care
