We are a specialist recruitment agency partnering with industry leaders to deliver expert staffing solutions.

This role will involve driving sales from initiation to completion, working closely with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions across our client's specialized product range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage CRM to manage customer interactions and provide quotes for new units, spares, and servicing
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and professional care
  • Learn the client's specific product range and technical concepts
  • Drive sales from initiation to completion, working closely with customers

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent, preferably in engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of engineering/manufacturing processes and technical concepts
  • Excellent sales and relationship-building capabilities
  • Resilient and able to motivate both yourself and others
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Word and Excel)

Estimated Salary: Up to £40,000 p/a + Annual performance bonus
