Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist/ Administrator to support our client, a lovely GP Practice in Harborne, on a temporary or permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of SystmOne, EMIS and Vision, as well as previous experience working within a GP surgery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking inbound calls from patients
- Booking Appointments
- Post and scanning of documents
- Updating patient details onto the database
Our client requires someone with excellent telephone manner and customer services skills, who can hit the ground running.
