Compliance Officer

As the Compliance Coordinator you will be:
Supporting the compliance and building safety team to schedule work in for the contractors
Booking in work from the surveys conducted on the fire safety systems in the domestic properties
Imputing all data into the database to ensure all up to date with policies
Liaising closely with the housing team
Experience and qualifications:
Social housing experience
Administration or coordinating experience in a compliance team
Strong excel skills
