Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for retail management positions across Goodwill's stores in Central and Northern Arizona.


The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with advanced knowledge of internet recruiting strategies and applicant tracking systems. They will be proficient in MS Office Suite and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Managing assessment tools to facilitate goal achievement
  • Partnering with hiring managers and client groups to develop strong relationships
  • Identifying, qualifying, and presenting candidates to business leaders
  • Conducting weekly debriefs and status updates with business leaders
  • Maintaining current knowledge of EEO, Affirmative Action, OFCCP, ADA, and other related guidelines and laws at the Federal, State, and local level

Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year university or college, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies (AIRS) or Social Talent certification preferred but not required
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) knowledge required; Workday (ATS) experience desired
  • Must be highly proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a track record of effectively managing multiple searches and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate high-level professionalism and confidentiality as well as being able to relate comfortably to people in all levels of the organization
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable for position
