About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Sales team as an Area Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities. This will involve managing a portfolio of customer accounts, developing account plans, and working closely with customers and contractors to deliver projects on time and to budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by managing customer relationships and pursuing profitable growth opportunities
- Develop and implement customer account plans to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
- Work closely with customers and contractors to monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote products and services to customers through regular visits and presentations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills and an understanding of key business drivers

Estimated Salary and Benefits
- Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
- 33 days' holiday including public holidays
- Pension scheme
- Company car or allowance
- Expensed overnight stays when required
