Clinical Oncology Pharmacist Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to join our team at The London Clinic in London.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive and patient-centered clinical pharmacy service to patients at the Duchess of Devonshire Wing (adult cancer services).

This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist to contribute to the development of our clinical pharmacy service and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Salary Range: £59,760 - £83,751 per annum

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a comprehensive and effective patient-centered clinical pharmacy service to designated Oncology/Haematology wards
  2. Lead on and develop elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience
  3. Provide release of chemotherapy products according to GMP
  4. Facilitate and promote rational and optimal medicines usage
  5. Provide assimilated and relevant medicines information to healthcare professionals and patients
  6. Participate in the out-of-hours pharmacy service as per agreed roster
