Job Title: Oncology Pharmacy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Pharmacy Specialist to join our team at Pulse Healthcare.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled pharmacist to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to patients with advanced cancer.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and experience in oncology pharmacy practice, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care, including medication management, clinical audits, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist the Lead Pharmacists in the daily running of all areas of the pharmacy department
  • To train, supervise, and contribute to the continued learning of Specialist Oncology & Haematology Pharmacists
  • Carry out validations of aseptic products and dispensary items in the absence of the lead pharmacists
  • To be responsible for the clinical verification of electronic orders of parenteral and oral SACT
