Job Summary

Cranleigh STEM, Sustainability & SHEQ Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Technical & Validation Quality Lead to join its team. This exciting opportunity is for a technical quality expert who will provide guidance, make quality-related decisions, and support validation efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
    • Lead quality assurance efforts, manage and resolve investigations, and address quality issues promptly.
    • Conduct site visits to customers and suppliers to address quality issues and evaluate new systems or processes.
    • Support Field Force and customer care teams with technical and quality-related queries.
  • Validation and Compliance
    • Maintain and update the Site Validation Master Plan, generate new regional project numbers, and oversee the Validation Database within the Oracle system.
    • Support qualification and validation efforts for QC, plant activities, processes, equipment, and cleaning validation as needed.
    • Review and approve validation protocols and reports, ensuring regional validation SOPs comply with IPEC/ISO standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • BSc (Hons) in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Food Science, or Materials Science.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong project planning and resource management skills, with a focus on prioritization.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present technical information.
    • Demonstrated leadership and self-development skills, with the ability to work within a matrix organizational structure.
