Cranleigh STEM, Sustainability & SHEQ Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Technical Quality Lead to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading quality assurance efforts, managing investigations, and ensuring compliance with validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality assurance efforts, including managing investigations and ensuring compliance with validation processes.
  • Manage and resolve quality issues, including assessing non-conformities and supplier concerns.
  • Lead 8D investigations to identify and resolve quality challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the department and business using audit findings and quality metrics.

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Food Science, or Materials Science.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven track record in leading technical discussions on product quality.
  • Experience in validation activities within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong project planning and resource management skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of IPEC/EXCiPACT and Oracle systems.
  • Experience with Lean methodologies and up-to-date knowledge of cGMP and ISO 9001:2015.
  • Familiarity with the Pharma Industry and standards for manufacturing compliance.

Salary: £45k - £50k + Benefits
