About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at TalkTalk Group's Consumer Business. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our colleagues are informed and engaged with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to drive employee engagement and culture transformation
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create and execute effective communication plans, including organizational announcements and company updates
  • Provide comms business partner style service to the TalkTalk ExCo, to drive colleague engagement and increased understanding of strategy
  • Manage and coordinate company-wide events, including project planning, budget management, and delegate experience
  • Be a subject matter expert on internal communications, advising on tools available and metrics to aid measurement and future planning
  • Support and guide employee networks to enable them to be front and centre across the organization
  • Support, communicate, and enable engagement plans from data collated from our engagement survey completed on a quarterly basis
Requirements
  • Proven expert in internal communications, working in a fast-paced environment and used to managing change and prioritizing time-sensitive projects
  • Strong communicator and strategist with experience in driving results in employee engagement
  • Self-reliant, takes initiative, and is proactive with strong stakeholder management skills
