Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Rosies, a multi-room nightclub in the historic city of Chester. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and contributing to the success of our venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of the venue's vision and goals
