About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Hornsmill in Helsby. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the front of house team and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front of house team to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage stock levels and ensure efficient inventory control
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
  • Ensure operational compliance with health and safety regulations
