About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Hornsmill in Helsby. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the front of house team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage stock levels, control costs, and create efficiencies
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Coach and develop the front of house and kitchen team to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth
