Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Assist with data collection and reporting, providing valuable insights to inform patient care and service improvements.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a positive patient experience, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Requirements
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
