About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Ward Clerk. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing excellent patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Update patient records and administrative systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide administrative support to the ward team, including ordering stationery and maintaining stock levels.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting to support the ward's quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
