We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Ward Clerk to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our ward staff, ensuring the smooth running of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to ward staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage patient information, including updating patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with the coordination of patient transfers and discharges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Provide support with the ordering and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Previous experience in a customer care/administration environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
