Job Title: Bobbi Brown Cosmetics - Counter Lead - Store Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Counter Lead to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers

• Maximize sales by utilizing product knowledge, suggesting sales, and upselling

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and collections

• Work effectively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to company standards

• Ensure all refunds and complaints are handled in a professional and timely manner

• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment

• Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve business objectives

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies

• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience

• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a respectful and supportive work environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail or sales environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong product knowledge and understanding of the beauty industry

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
