As a Retail Artist at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience. With a passion for beauty and a flair for creativity, you will help our customers find the perfect products to enhance their natural beauty.

About the Role:
  • Provide personalized makeup consultations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Offer expert advice on Bobbi Brown products and help customers choose the right products for their skin type and tone.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches to provide expert knowledge to customers.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Bobbi Brown products and services.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
