Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
  • Offer personalized make-up applications and product recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales targets and visual merchandising standards.
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends.

Requirements:

  • High level of creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Possess a passion for beauty and a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous retail experience in the beauty industry is preferred but not essential.
