About the Role

We are seeking a talented Retail Artist to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an inspiring in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized makeup consultations and demonstrations to customers
  • Recommend and sell Bobbi Brown products to meet customer needs and preferences
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or makeup artistry is preferred but not required
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an inspiring in-store experience
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
