About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Screwfix. As a Retail Assistant, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a positive and engaging experience in-store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with maintaining a high standard of store presentation, including merchandising and visual displays.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and promoting products to customers.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
